Ranger's Review:       
Another good week at Kielder, there were seventeen limits recorded at the South Abutment lodge. Fly anglers have had an excellent week using intermediate and sinking lines.      
A. Waggott caught one of the best catch weights of the week with eight fish for 24lb 8oz including the best fish of the week a rainbow of 5lb. Fishing boat hire times have now altered for the main part of the season at Kielder, boats will be available from 8.30am until 8.00pm, anglers can also have a half day hire 8.30am until 2.30pm and from 2.30pm until 8.00pm.      
All fishing boats must be booked in advance at Leaplish Waterside park tel 01434 251000.
