Ranger's Review:       
Ian McDonald landed rainbows of 3lb 4oz and 3lb 7oz on worm from the bank at Little Whickhope, there have been seven other rainbows over 3lb caught from Hawkhope Slipway. Tower Knowe Visitor Centre has also fished well for bank anglers.     
The boat hire times for April will be from 9.00am until 3.30pm, these are available from Leaplish  Waterside Park.     
Tower Knowe is now open for permit sales between the hours of 10am and 3.30pm, Environment  Agency rod licences are on sale from Tower Knowe Visitor Centre and also from Leaplish Waterside Park.     
     
Best catch:    3lb 7oz rainbow.
Best bait:     Ledgered worm.     
     
Best areas:    Tower Knowe, Hawkhope Slipway.
