Hi again from Woodford. Well, the Bank Holiday lived up to expectations again. Pouring rain and gale force winds! Still we have had some really good fishing when the weather has allowed. With now over 22,000 fish caught the season is going well and with the lakes in such good condition there's no reson at all why it shouldn't continue. Boats are now becoming available at both Chew and Blagdon and the bank fishing at all the lakes is well worth trying at present. Litton is having another excellent year. If you haven't tried fishing there it's well worth a visit. Two lakes that are all yours for the day, complete with barbeque. Ring Woodford Lodge to book.
Happy fishing
