Sorry this report is late - the fishing has been slow so whereas I usually do this report first thing Sunday morning I thought I would leave it an extra day to see if there was any improvement - then being out of routine I forgot about it completely! Anyway the fishing didn't improve on Sunday. It has been slow all week. The wind has been north or easterly and swirling if there has been a wind at all. Mainly it has been flat calm. Slight glimmers of hope have been on the CDC Emergers, especially on the top lake, and a black lure has also been effective at times but fished very deep. No doubles at all to report this week! Sorry to give you should a gloomy report but unfortunately I think it always pays to be honest with people. Hopefully we will get some decent westerlies and some rain to freshen things up. Although there has been heavy rain and even hailstones in the areas around us we have missed out on any decent rain which, although we don't rely on it because we are spring fed, unless it is torrential it always seems to freshen the fishing up. Hoping for a better week to come.

Thankyou,

Dave & Sandra
