William Penny from Meadowfield netted this rainbow at 15lbs

Here are just a few anglers names who had a memorable day out with fish over 18lbs.

The remaining 66 anglers had specimen's ranging from 10lbs upto 18lbs. The most remarkable catch of the season was by Geoff Wharton from Spennymoor, using Varivas 3.9lb. tippet material ,with a size 20 Black Buzzer fished New Zealand style.
 
The best fish this week fell to William Penny from Meadowfield at 15lbs. caught on a size 16 orange nymph.
