A really good consistent week with near ideal conditions most days. Light winds and mostly overcast skies have brought the anglers and fish out! Fish within the top few feet with daddies/hoppers, Diawl Bachs, olive buzzers, cat's whiskers and small olive fritz lures working well. Best areas still are around black pipe and north west corner.

 

Quite a few fish out 4Ib+ this week with the best rainbow estimated around 6Ib caught by Dave Holroyd from a boat and a brownie of 5Ib 8oz was taken from the bank by Michael Evans. A few nice fish near the tower after the fry - some good perch there too !
