75 rods caught 166 fish for a rod average of 2.2. Best Rainbow 4Ib to Kris Falconer from Grimsby on a coral blob. Kris braved wet & windy conditions on Friday  & fished in the North East corner and took 13 fish in total including 4 fish 3Ib +.

A mixed week with sport some days being very good and other days being difficult. Unsettled weather not helping and cold easterly and north easterly winds haven taken their toll on sport. Very heavy rain to end the week - will summer ever arrive?

 

Best areas still around North West to North East corner and boats fishing drifting with plenty of fish out in deeper water now.

 

Best method floating lines with larger nymphs & diawl backs if fish are down - Shipman's, Grenadiers, Dunkelds and buzzer patterns when they're up.
