The river is running about 12' above summer level, water clarity is OK.

The river was in perfect condition tonight, still running high but the water clarity was improving. I didn't spend long at the river tonight, but I did see fish running the salmon ladder and they weren't wasting any time what so ever .... under 2 minutes from entering the box and they were up above the falls !

High Tide tonight is 19:37 @ approx. 4.71m.

The forecast is pretty poor over the next 5 days, dry, rain, rain rain and guess what sunshine !!

I'd recommend fishing tomorrow, providing the river doesn't come up again there will be fish entering the system on every tide, these fish will travel quickly, so I'd say the entire beat should be holding fish now. Brown Trout were showing in good numbers above the falls up to The Brig, so if all esle fails .... tackle the brownies.
