Several fish 3-4Ib best fish 4Ib rainbow to Mr Drane from Norwich on an olive buzzer fished from a boat.
Very wet conditions have kept angler numbers down unsurprisingly but luckily we haven't suffered any access problems and our water is looking very healthy! Fishing has been good with plenty of fish on upwind banks and floating lines teamed with a variety of buzzer patterns on floating lines working well. Dave McGeever and Paul Butler both had 20 fish on different days fishing upwind banks with the above method. 'Even' Jason caught a rainbow of 3Ib 10oz!! doing the same!
Excellent evening rises on warmer evening and large hatches of sedges - be prepared to stay late for the best sport!

6 fish including 2 really nice overwintered rainbows and the best of the fish weighing 3Ib 10oz. Mervin White from Bilsthorpe, Notts took the fish in the North West 'corner' fishing static buzzers back wind on a floating line.
