Boats are now getting the best of the catches. When the sun is out it is best to anchor down the middle and fish a damsel or buzzer on the point with diawl bachs or hares ear on the dropper. Drifting with traditional wet flies has been productive in the evening. Bank anglers have still done well on cloudy days. Even on the hottest day there are plenty of fish rising to adult damsels but they are not easy to catch. Weedcutting around the margins will be starting soon. Next stocking - June 23rd, 27th, 30th.
