Ranger's Review:
The fishing is starting to improve as the water temperature starts to fall and the fish take this as the
signal to start fattening up for the winter.  There are lots of fry about but the trout have not started to
feast on them yet, when they do expect fireworks!  Hall Point has started to fish better which is
usually a reliable indicator of good things to come.  Atlantis and the Peninsula are the best spots for
boat fishing.  Spooned fish are currently full of Bloodworm and Black Buzzers.
There will be a further stocking of 3000 trout during the week.
Water Temp 15C.
Boats in Time 6.30pm.
Bank Closing 6.45pm.
Best areas:  Peninsula and Atlantis, wading from the Natural Bank.
Best flies:   Diawl Bachs, Black Buzzers, Hare's Ear,  Wingless Whickhams,
Orange Blobs and Bloodworm.
