Thornton Reservoir

All our permits will have a catch & release option for 2007 with disabled & OAPs receiving a discount. None of our permits will have a time restriction; you can choose the best option for your available time & number of trout you may want to bag.

We will continue to offer full & part day boats & the wheely boat should have a petrol engine on it for this coming season giving disabled anglers greater access to areas of the fishery during all weather conditions.

Stocking will be similar in numbers to last year with the bulk of the stock been 1lb4oz - 2lb but I will be increasing the number of 3lb - 6lb fish to be stocked.
