Ellerdine Lakes New Stocking policy
Ellerdine Lakes New Stocking policy
From March 1st 2007 we shall be closing our big fish lake, due to some anglers expecting double figure fish every time they visit but not wanting to pay extra for the privilege.

We will now be stocking quality trout from 2lb right through to 20lb+ with more fish in the 4lb- 10lb range.

Running costs are always on the up and to stock quality fish you have to dig deep, All our fish at Ellerdine are now treated with slice to try and stop any argulus on the fish during the summer Months.

This all comes at a cost to the fishery and has to be got back somewhere so a slight increase in the cost of a day ticket will follow.

All Lakes
Sporting £15.00 all day
2 fish     £17.50 6hrs
3 fish     £23.00 8hrs
4 fish     £26.50 all day
5 fish     £30.00 all day

This is still very good value as the average fish size is well over 3lb!!!!

Anyone wanting more information can email me at enquiries@ellerdinelakes.co.uk

Hoping for a good 2007

Ed
