Foremark Fur and Feather
The prolific Foremark Trout Fishery in Derbyshire is hosting its first annual Fur and Feather bank competition. If this seasons fishing is to go by then expect fantsatic sport!! In just 3 outings I took 72 fish! The fishery closed on 30th November and one angler took 10 on buzzers from the bank. It will reopen for the competition. Foremark is fast gaining the reputation of the best fishery in the Midlands and I know of no fishery in the UK that could challenge it. The fish will be extremely close in and on my last visit in mid November I witnessed hundreds of fish within feet of the bank chasing the fry! Join in the festive fun with mince pies and tea, a hot stew and of course bags of trout! Just £20 for the entry with 4 fish to be caught and then catch and release. You can choose to release before catching your 4th then try for a bigger one...........if you dare! Contact Phil on 07921 713716 or email me to confirm your place. Directions:- It is well signposted from the village of Repton. There is a map on the website at www.foremarktroutfishery.co.uk Cheers Iain www.iainbarrflyfishing.co.uk
