UKFlyFisher are delighted to announce today, 03/12/07, that as the season is mostly over and it's the time of year when things slow down your favourite magazine hasn't. UKFlyFisher staff have been quietly 'beavering' away and over the next few months you will see lots of new additions and changes.
The first of which has just gone live is 'MyFlyBox', your very own niche, social networking area, modelled on MySpace, which will let you run a blog, upload photos and videos, create your own profile, list your contacts and friends, upload text, have a guest book, and tell a friend; How much more do you want? And it's totally FREE!

There is lots more to come this is just the starter, no more boring forums or chat rooms so we will be taking them down soon (unless you ask us not too!!) to give us more space for these exciting new features.

We will soon be announcing a whole range of competitions that will take place 'on line' as we have joined up with one of the major tackle companies to provide the prizes - look out for our announcement soon.

To ensure that we continue to build on our ever expanding water and competition reports section we are looking for aspiring news reporters. We are also looking for feature writers, in both cases we need contributors based all over the UK to work with us, in the first instance on a part time consultancy basis.
