News from Woodford Lodge Bristol...
News from Woodford Lodge Bristol...
Hi from Woodford Lodge on a much nicer day. Why is it we never get gentle SW winds any more - always strong and blustery. The forecast for the next few days is much nicer and settled, with warmer days and some sunshine. So, here's hoping for more consistant fishing and seeing many more of those big resident fish. Attached is a picture of a lovely rainbow taken off the bank from Blagdon. This fish is now in the lead for our monthly big ifsh prize, with a 5.04 brown best reported at Chew and none so far from Barrow! Better hurry as only a week or so to go before the £50.00 vouchers are awarded.

Tight lines

Bob Handford.
