Newark Spring Fly fishing show - Review
Newark Spring Fly fishing show - Review

The First indoor Flyfishing fishing show of the season got underway this weekend at the Newark Showground.

The Spring Flyfishing show is now in its 2nd year and proved more popular than ever.Show Organiser Steve Thornton told UK Flyfisher "the show is very busy, and numbers are well up on last year. We are now planning for next years show to be even bigger and better"!

There was casting demonstrations form Hywell Morgan, Howard Croston, and Johnathon Tomlinson, on the shows indoor casting pools. Iain Barr, Simon Kidd, and Charles Jardine were just some of the speakers on hand to answer those burning questions. There were plenty of trade stands to buy all your needed tackle and accessories.

UK Flyfishers Craig Barr attended the show with his own stand, selling his range of Flash Attack products and flies. In his opinion the show was very good, and is already looking forward to attending the event next year.
